Tower Hamlets Roofing is a small, independent roofing company working across Tower Hamlets and the surrounding parts of East London. We're not a franchise, a national chain or a website that sells your enquiry on — when you call, you're talking to the people who'll actually be up on your roof.
We spend our weeks on the housing this borough is really made of: Victorian terraces in Bow and Bethnal Green, warehouse conversions in Wapping, post-war estates in Poplar and modern blocks on the Isle of Dogs. Different roofs, same approach.
What We Believe
Roofing has a reputation problem, and we understand why. Most people can't get up there to check the work for themselves, so trust is everything. We run the business on a few simple rules:
- Surveys in plain English. We photograph what we find and explain it without jargon, so you can see the problem for yourself.
- Written quotes before any work starts. A clear price on paper — not a number shouted down from the scaffold.
- The cheap fix, when the cheap fix is right. If a small repair will keep your roof sound, that's what we'll recommend. If it won't, we'll show you why.
- We turn up when we say we will. And if anything changes, we ring ahead rather than leave you waiting in.
- We tidy up after ourselves. Old tiles, offcuts and rubbish leave with us, not in your front garden.
What We Do
One team handles everything from a slipped slate to a complete re-roof, so you don't need a different trade for every problem. That covers roof repairs and leak tracing, flat roofing, new roofs and re-roofing, gutters, fascias and soffits, chimney repairs and emergency repairs, plus planned maintenance and inspections. Whatever the job, the routine is the same: free survey, written quote, no pressure.
